Floor Screeding 

  • In a new build or existing house, we put in screeded floors, including installation if needed. Reaching upstairs is not a problem as we have pumps on hand.

 

  • Included, a member of our staff will come out and do the required measurements. Also, McDaid and Doherty Floor Screed book sand and cement to arrive on the day of the job, working closely with the leading manufactures in the area.

Liquid Screed

  • A newer method of floor screeding is the Liquid Screed installation, which we also specialise in! Our company has the equipment for the job as industry standard liquid pumps are used when the service is required.

  • Just like in our floor screeding we do come out and measure the new build or existing property and book the liquid screed working closely with manufacturers in the area. Installation can be done if required.

Concrete Streets

  • At McDaid & Doherty Floor Screeding we can prepare the street getting all the falls correct, doing water works for gullies.

 

  • Equipment we use for this purpose would be the digger, tractor and trailer. Finishes include, power float, brush, stamp roller.

 

  • In addition, with streets we also do footpaths, floating founds, garage floors, industrial floors, shop floors and yards.
